Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 7-25-2024 1. General Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice to avoid any cancellation fees. 2. Cancellation Notice: Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the total service cost. 3. No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled appointment time and is unable to gain access to the premises or if the appointment is not canceled in advance, a no-show fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. 4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour notice period will be subject to availability and may incur the same cancellation fees as mentioned above. 5. Refunds: Prepaid Services: For prepaid appointments, cancellation fees will be deducted from the total amount paid, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. Non-Prepaid Services: If the service was not prepaid, the cancellation fee will be billed to you, and payment must be made within 7 days. 6.
